Job description

Director, Pro Marketing Comfort and Water

Resideo is looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Director, Pro Marketing Comfort and Water to lead our HVAC / Plumbing Pro and marketing initiatives. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth through our HVAC / Plumbing Pros, resellers, and distributors. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and HVAC Pro teams to ensure alignment and success across go-to-market initiatives.

Job Duties

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Build and execute go-to-market campaigns and programs with / through HVAC Pros to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Own the planning and execution of co-marketing programs.

Pro Engagement

  • Collaborate with sales and HVAC Pro management teams to identify growth opportunities.
  • Design enablement programs, toolkits, and collateral that empower HVAC Pros to market and sell effectively.
  • Drive HVAC Pros communications, including newsletters, webinars, and portal content.
  • Campaign Management

  • Launch integrated marketing campaigns (events, digital, email, content) tailored to HVAC / Plumbing Pro segments.
  • Track and report on HVAC / Plumbing Pros performance and campaign ROI.
  • Cross-functional Leadership

  • Work closely with product marketing, sales, and operations to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all channels.
  • Serve as the voice of the HVAC / Plumbing Pros within the marketing organization.
  • Analytics & Optimization

  • Analyze HVAC / Plumbing Pro campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve KPIs.
  • Create dashboards and reports to track marketing effectiveness and contribution to revenue.
  • You Must Have

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, product management, and / or related disciplines.
  • 3+ years in channel or HVAC / Plumbing Pro marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven success in building and scaling marketing programs in a B2B environment (technology, SaaS, or manufacturing and / or related disciplines).
  • Deep understanding of ecosystems, including resellers, distributors, and alliances.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).

  • Experience managing MDF budgets and co-branded campaigns.
  • Familiarity with HVAC / Plumbing Pro portals, PRM (HVAC / Plumbing Pro Relationship Management) tools.
  • Global or multi-regional marketing experience.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile, matrixed environment.
