Daily Responsibilities: Must have DOB construction superitendant ceritificate Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end Review and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction Coordinate plumbing, heating ventilation & air conditioning installations Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems Conduct general repairs as needed Required Skills: Strong background in construction management Knowledge of electrical systems and OSHA regulations Quality control experience and ability to pass background checks Nice to Have Skills: Experience in distribution and engineering Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.
