Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Accounting Manager in overseeing the general ledger, project accounting, and financial reporting functions.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes , including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
- Review and analyze project budgets, costs, and profitability across multiple ongoing projects.
- Partner with project managers and operations teams to ensure accurate tracking of project expenses and revenue recognition.
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal accounting controls.
- Contribute to process improvements and implement best practices for accounting efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide guidance and support to accounting team members; step in for leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Prepare reports and financial summaries for leadership review.
- Collaborate with auditors and external partners as necessary.
Qualifications :
