Pay : Start at $14 / hr.

Shift : 7am-4pm, Monday to Friday!

Each CSR will train for around 8 -12 weeks in Columbia, Missouri working 7am – 4pm M-F. Once full-time, and completed hours with IMKO CSR’ s will have the opportunity to work remotely. After training : 10 to 7pm, Tuesday - Saturday or Monday - Friday, depending on company needs.

What would you do all day? An inbound call center agent handles incoming calls from customers. In this job, your responsibilities are to receive calls at the call center from customers and answer questions, receive complaints, or troubleshoot. You troubleshoot both product or service issues with the customer to attempt to find a resolution. In this role, you are highly focused on customer service. Your duties can include obtaining customer information over the phone, explaining policies, processing claims in between phone calls, relaying important information to customers, and determining a customer’s eligibility for certain programs or resolutions.

One to two years of call center experience is required. Must submit a resume to be considered.
