What You Will Do

As a Superintendent, you will be the on-site leader responsible for the safe, high-quality, and on-schedule completion of our multifamily developments.

• Site Leadership : Coordinate, direct, and supervise all on-site construction activities, field personnel, and subcontractors from ground-up initiation to final tenant turnover.
• Schedule & Budget : Maintain and drive the project schedule, proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Quality Control : Ensure all construction conforms strictly to plans, specifications, regulatory codes, and the owner's quality expectations.
• Safety & Compliance : Promote a culture of safety, organization, and professionalism, strictly enforcing all OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Communication : Serve as the primary on-site representative, liaising effectively with Project Management, subcontractors, inspectors, and design teams.
• Reporting : Track and document daily progress, manpower utilization, material status, and critical site conditions.
