HOURS : MONDAY - FRIDAY (8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM) PAY RATE : $45,000 - $55,000 / year

JOB OVERVIEW :
RFCI is buzzing with excitement, and we're looking for someone exceptional to join us as a Commercial Construction Coordinator in Tampa! This pivotal role is all about keeping operations smooth and providing crucial support to our Project Managers and Construction Managers in the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Dive into the action by helping our Project Managers with project strategies and schedules.
- Be the wizard behind the curtain, ensuring all project info gets into our system smoothly.
- Keep our Field Managers organized with all the info they need in their Project Field Folders.
- Make magic happen by ordering materials and coordinating deliveries to keep projects on track.
- Team up with our support crew to get materials from our warehouses to the project sites.
- Roll up your sleeves and dive into the nitty-gritty of subcontractor payroll.
- Assist with Change Orders, submittals, and other project documents like a pro.
- And of course, be ready to tackle whatever other adventures come your way!
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Excel and Word whiz? Check!
- Bonus points if you know your way around Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented? You bet!
- Communication skills that could charm the socks off a snake.
- Self-motivated with ninja-like multitasking skills.
- Ready to roll with the punches and handle changing priorities like a champ.
- Know your way around construction contracts? Even better!
- Flooring industry experience? That's music to our ears!
- Familiar with RFMS or similar systems? You're speaking our language!
- Quick learner? We love it!
Minimum : High School Diploma or GED
