Command Center Analyst
Title : Command Center Analyst
Duration : 6 month contract (potential extensions, potential hire)
Location : Clifton, NJ 07014
Shift : Wed / Thurs‑Sat, 7am – 7pm
Base pay range : $25.00 / hr – $30.00 / hr
Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day monitoring of network and infrastructure operations.
- Provide customer service and troubleshooting for all users contacting the Command Center.
- Escalate incidents to Tier II support and act as escalation point for Tier I support.
- Participate in the weekly 24 / 7 on‑call schedule.
- Document incident, maintenance, and problem details in near real‑time.
- Maintain SLA compliance as per customer agreement.
- Communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Must‑haves (Qualifications)
Minimum 2+ years of experience providing customer care and technical support.Experience with routers and switches (Cisco, Juniper).Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multi‑task and prioritize job requirements.Self‑motivated with limited supervision.Advanced skills in Windows OS, Office Suite, and Visio.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Plusses

Provide customer service support for mission critical 24 / 7 data centers.Participate in the weekly 24 / 7 on‑call schedule.Provide proactive and reactive assistance to all external customers.Support a complex network environment, troubleshooting and ownership of tasks.Detect and analyze alarms to provide basic to moderate fault isolation, escalating when necessary.Prioritize work to achieve departmental and company goals.Establish effective lines of communication with team and management.Document incidents and problem details in real time.Ensure SLA compliance per customer agreement.Maintain and update current knowledge through training and professional associations.Benefits
