Assisted Living, Full-time; Evenings, Resurrection Village, Chicago, IL, $18.09 - $23.42 per hour. Responsibilities include assisting with basic patient care activities, assisting with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse, assisting patients with personal care, activities of daily living, and transfers / transport, reporting findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff, assisting with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly, assuring resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiating corrective action as appropriate, and assisting in providing care appropriate to a specific population by facilitating time and individualized care of assigned patients.

Requirements include Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required, BLS Provider preferred, American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted, and high school diploma or GED preferred. One year of previous CNA work experience preferred.
