Key Responsibilities
Engage potential business clients through strategic outbound outreach to generate qualified leads
Support lead generation for existing customers by assisting with renewals and identifying up- and cross-sell opportunities
Monitor performance, suggest process improvements, and provide training to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
