Behavior Technician (Training Provided) / Entry-Level ABA Therapist – Durham, NC

Clinic-Based | Full-Time or Part-Time | $17.00–$21.00 per hour (based on experience & education)

Requirements

Previous experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, RBT, or in a similar role supporting children with autism or developmental needs RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain and maintain certification) Strong skills in data collection, documentation, and communication Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Dedication to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
