Position : Financial A nalyst

Department : Finance Department

Location : Herndon, VA / Los Angeles, CA

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for company asset management, including fixed assets and intangible assets.

Conduct inventory checks on fixed assets, ensuring accurate accounting records and physical asset verification.

Manage accounting records for construction projects, overseeing ongoing construction project financials.

Engage in pre-assessment and post-assessment of CAPEX and investment management, participate in capital expenditure feasibility meetings, and review construction and procurement contracts.

Handle audit responses and audits for construction projects.

Manage funds for engineering projects.

Analyze investment returns, participate in infrastructure enhancement projects, and provide support for company decision-making.

Complete other assigned tasks from supervisor.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor Degree in accounting, financial management, or related fields;

Knowledge : Proficient in financial management systems and various office software applications.

Work Experience : 2 years of experience in accounting and fund management related roles. Familiar with financial and taxation systems.

Language : Proficient in both English and Chinese to conduct work tasks.

Skills : Excellent communication and organizational skills, management skills, able to work under pressure, excellent teamwork, coordination, and learning abilities.
