Senior Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly qualified and mission-driven Senior Operations Lead to join our team in support of U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM). This individual will play a critical role in advancing operational objectives through expert coordination, strategic oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in C5ISR operations, a strong understanding of military intelligence processes, and the ability to navigate complex interagency environments. This position plays a vital role in supporting operational objectives under a long-standing contract that has delivered over a decade of continuous support to USSOUTHCOM in areas such as Counter Narcotics, Countering Transnational Organized Crime, C5ISR, and intelligence analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide subject matter expertise in C5ISR operations.
• Serve as liaison for information exchange between operations, maintenance, and logistics personnel.
• Oversee projects under the TO.
• Coordinate with government personnel and agencies to align operational activities with USSOUTHCOM mission objectives.
• Ensure all information release and acceptance complies with security controls, classification requirements, and technological considerations.
• Maintain a consistent onsite presence at USSOUTHCOM headquarters in Doral, FL.
• Travel to domestic (CONUS) and international (OCONUS) locations as required.
