Information Security Awareness Lead

A company is looking for an Information Security Awareness Lead to design and deliver security awareness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year security awareness training program strategy

Administer simulated phishing campaigns and develop interactive training exercises

Review and update training materials and policies to ensure alignment with best practices

Required Qualifications

10 years of experience in Cyber Security, with at least 5 years focused on training

A degree in Cyber Security or equivalent demonstrated skills

Working knowledge of the NIST Cyber Security Framework

Experience in information security domains such as Security Awareness or Incident Response

Experience with learning management systems and internal cybersecurity awareness campaigns
