Director of Partner Development (US Remote)

GTreasury has a vision to create the next-generation of technology tools for the global corporate financial office. We are an established market leader in the SaaS treasury management space and are expanding globally through a combination of cash management connectivity and financial risk management.

The Director of Partner Development at GTreasury is a hands-on role responsible for enabling and managing third-party partners to sell implement and integrate GTreasurys suite of treasury solutions. This role is vital for expanding GTreasurys market presence and driving indirect sales revenue by cultivating strong mutually beneficial relationships with our strategic partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury management or financial software with a proven track record of growing and managing successful client and partner relationships.

What You Will Do :

  • Treasury management expertise : Serve as the subject matter expert on GTreasurys solutions for partners including cash management forecasting payments risk management and multi-lateral the value proposition clearly to partners and their customers.
  • Strategic business planning : Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans define pipeline goals and implement co-marketing initiatives to drive demand and generate new business opportunities.
  • Relationship and enablement management : Act as the central point of contact for partners managing the day-to-day relationship and providing ongoing training resources and deal support.
  • Go-to-market execution : Develop and execute go-to-market programs with partners focusing on new product rollouts marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Performance and reporting : Monitor and analyze partner performance against key metrics such as revenue targets pipeline health and customer satisfaction.
  • Integration collaboration : Work with internal product and solutions teams to ensure seamless integration with partner technologies such as ERPs and bank systems.
  • Market intelligence : Stay informed on industry trends competitor activities and market conditions within the treasury management space to identify new opportunities for the partner channel.
  • Specific Experience for the Role :

  • Experience : 5 years of experience working for top-tier consulting firms (e.g. Accenture PwC Deloitte EY) with demonstrated success in Program Management Relationship Management and Alliance Management.
  • Domain knowledge : Deep understanding of corporate treasury and finance functionscloud-based SaaS implementation and technical integration services.
  • Communication skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Technical aptitude : Familiarity with ERP systems and experience working with integrated platforms and APIs.
  • Education Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Business preferred or equivalent experience
