Job Description

Position : Desktop Technician

Location : Onsite; Scottsdale, Arizona, 85260

Duration : Long term contract

Pay Rate : $20-23 / hr based on experience

Position Summary

Details :

• We backup the Tech RX (similar to a Genius Bar) at Shea, so it is important that the resource is comfortable with this walk-up service.
• Flexible start time between 6–8 AM to support Central Time Zone users. The schedule will be determined upon starting.
• There may be a need to support one of our other locations, so location flexibility is required :
• 4750 S. 44th Place
• 4755 S. 44th Place
• 2700 West Frye Road, Chandler
• Main Location : 9501 E. Shea Blvd.
• Tech RX Support : Provide walk-up IT support for desktop, laptop, and phone issues while interacting face-to-face with customers needing assistance.
