Senior Desktop Support Specialist

PROLIM Global Corporation (www.prolim.com) is currently seeking Senior Desktop Support Specialist for the location Phoenix, Arizona, United States for one of our top clients.

Job Description :

• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience providing technical support for system infrastructure and / or software.
• 15 credit hours in computer science or a related field.
• An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered.
• Working irregular hours, including second and / or third shifts, weekends, holidays, and evenings to support 24x7 operations.
• The successful candidate must pass a Federal background check.
• Only highly qualified candidates will be considered.
• Excellent communication skills are required, as the candidate will provide first and second level support to internal and external personnel, including city and airline staff.
• The ability to safely lift 50 pounds is required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona driver's license with a clean record.
• Accurate color perception is necessary to work safely with electrical wiring.
