Responsibilities and Qualifications
As a quick service lube technician, the quality and efficiency of your work speaks volumes to the thousands of customers we serve. It’s your responsibility for quickly, and accurately inspecting vehicles and thoroughly performing maintenance and services. Must have the ability to communicate effectively, and ensure customers receive consistent, timely and accurate service.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform multi-point inspections
- Communicate additional service / repair needs to service advisers
- Inspect fluid levels
- Check tire pressure
- Replace oil and air filters
- Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conduct
Job Requirements
Must be able to manage in a fast-paced work environment with limited supervisionMust have effective communication and interpersonal skillsPositive, friendly attitude, along with a high customer service mentalityAbility to read / comprehend written instructions and informationFamiliarity with all aspects of automotive repair / maintenanceMust have a valid driver license and be able to operate manual transmissionsPrior Dealership experience as a Lube Technician or apprentice preferredAll applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, and valid driver license.Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
Ability to operate various makes and models as well as automatic and standard transmission automobilesProlonged periods of standing, stooping and bendingRequires a significant amount of walking and / or standing.Total Rewards
