- Estimate Pay : $58,000 - $60,000 (negotiable)
- Type of Employment : 40 hours per week.
- Period of Performance : 01 November 2025 31 October 2030 (Option to Extend Services)
- Employee Paid Group Benefits Offered : Health / Dental / Vision.
- Paid Time Off per Year : Up to 80 hours per year, occurring on day one.
- Sick Leave per Year : Up to 56 hours per year, occurring on day one.
- Paid Federal Holidays : Eleven (11) Paid Federal Holidays.

Working Hours
Work will be scheduled generally from 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, there may be times when the employees must work after duty hours and / or on weekends to support specific tasks. Although the schedule may have to be flexible, it will not exceed 40 hours per week. Temporary alternate work locations may be assigned.
Mandatory Qualifications
Minimum of an Associates degree required; Bachelors degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.At least 5 years of relevant work experienceExperience in creating and implementing organizational or administrative management policies and proceduresExperience evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvementsExperience providing training and technical assistance to staffExperience in information and records managementProficient in the use of a variety of IT programs, databases, and computerized systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to innovative and quality customer servicePhysical ability to move a large number of files and / or file boxesExperience with federal travel regulationsExperience setting up conference, board, or training roomsExperience with other administrative services like office management, building and facilities management, human resources, and / or securityExperience providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues with AV equipment during events such as microphone and monitor connectivity, presentations or visual material accessAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlinesAbility to identify and resolve complex problemsCopies of all degrees / certifications and resumes must be forwarded to careers@fidelitypartners.org.Duties / Responsibilities :
Receives public inquiries about the Agency and its mission via the USTDA website, phone, and / or email and routes as appropriate.Process internal and external requests for project or Agency reports. Track checkout of project reports.Obtains and disseminates participant list information from business briefings and other Agency events, creating and maintaining list information, working with outside contractors and Agency staff.Provide agency-wide daily personnel status notification.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS :
