Job Description

WSP is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead project tasks and assist project managers with transportation engineering projects in the public and private sectors. Responsibilities include research, conceptual development, design, and constructability of roads, drainage systems, ITS, and bridges, along with generating training and workflow documentation. This role is ideal for a senior-level transportation engineer eager to contribute to a growing organization that values innovative, safe, and functional design solutions.

Your Impact

• Develop 3D design models, calculations, sketches, plans, and estimates for transportation projects.
• Analyze survey data, GIS data, and other matrices for project development and design.
• Contribute to the development of new technologies, modeling techniques, and design standards.
• Verify site characteristics and provide technical assistance on engineering issues.
• Maintain quality control and contribute to technical reports and presentations.
• Assist with writing and reviewing design manuals and workflow documentation.
• Support risk assessment and mitigation activities.
• Conduct inspections to ensure conformance with standards and permits.
• Prepare technical proposals and estimates.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients, and support business development.
