Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Site Supplier Specialist to join our Supplier Quality Team located in Saint Charles, MO !

This position will be supporting production for Boeing Precision Engagement team and must be skilled in data analytics, ability to review trends and create a recovery plan for supplier partners. Successful candidates will have strong experience working with Root Cause Corrective Action plans and have a background working with suppliers.

Position Responsibilities :

• P lans and conducts audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products.
• Documents and reports audit and assessment results. Inspects or verifies products for compliance with requirements.
• Assists with assessments of supplier capability and capacity to perform current or potential future work.
• Provides supplier education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives.
• Resolves routine issues and concerns.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Summary pay range : USD 95,200 - 128,800
