Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and clinical teams. ESA certification not required; candidates pending ESA certification are not eligible to start.
Job Title : Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Part Time
Location : Lacey, WA
Pay rate : $ 34 / Hourly / W-2
Duration : 43 Weeks (+Extensions)
Shift : Part Time, 3 hours per day, Monday Friday
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Deliver ABA therapy and behavioral interventions directly in the home setting based on individualized treatment plans.
- Collect and record data on student behaviors, progress, and responses to interventions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Implement behavior reduction plans and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collaborate with families, educators, and clinical supervisors to ensure consistent and effective support for the student.
- Assist with the development and modification of behavior intervention plans as needed.
- Maintain professional boundaries and ensure confidentiality of student information at all times.
- Travel safely to student homes and maintain punctuality for scheduled sessions.
