Consultative Selling : Utilize a consultative approach to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products and services.
Policy Advice : Guide clients through the complexities of insurance policies, ensuring they fully understand coverage options and benefits.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and strategies for successful client engagement.
Market Knowledge : Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide current and relevant advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Florida Property & Casualty License preferred.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or related fields is advantageous.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
