Job descriptionPaid Training and Licensing Support : We pay you during training and cover the cost of your Florida 2-15 insurance license if not yet licensed. Exclusive, Warm Leads : 100% leads generated in house by our highly skilled marketing team. Career Advancement : Clear growth path from Trainee to Senior Agent to President’s Cabinet. Modern Tampa Office : State-of-the-art workspace with top-tier amenities. Collaborative Culture : Team-oriented environment that values growth, positivity, and performance. $30 per hour during training once licensed , followed by base pay plus commission and monthly bonuses. Top agents earn between $6,000 and $8,000 per month in their first year, with unlimited earning potential. Florida 2-15 License (Life, Health, and Variable Annuities) or willingness to obtain (EIP will sponsor licensing). High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Competitive, coachable, and goal-driven mindset. Ability to work full-time on-site in Tampa, FL. We are hiring motivated Medicare Insurance Sales Agents who are ready to grow their income and career. Whether you are an experienced licensed agent or new to the insurance industry, we provide everything you need to succeed : paid training, warm inbound leads, advanced technology, and a supportive team environment designed to help you thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate clients nationwide on Medicare plan options and help them choose the right coverage for their needs.
- Manage pre-qualified leads generated internally, no cold calling required.
- Build relationships through consultative phone-based sales.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals with the support of our leadership and training teams.
- Maintain compliance and accurate documentation for each client interaction.
