Cyber Security Intern
Overview
As our Cyber Security Intern , you will be given hands-on experience ensuring the security of our computers, servers, networks and data against any malicious attacks.
You will have the opportunity to work with our infrastructure and network engineering teams to understand the best practices associated with maintaining security and protecting the sustainability of the organization.

Duration : 12 weeks (May-August)
Hours : Full-time, 40 hours / week
Pay : $20 / hour
Location : Itasca
Schedule : Onsite Monday-Thursday, Remote on Fridays
During your time with us, you will...
- Perform vulnerability scan reviews
- Review security policy working within our CIS dashboard
- Assist with incident response
- Review permissions and assign security groups to maintain security measures
- Take on other computer / network security-related tasks as assigned

What You Bring to the Team
- Enrollment in a Cyber Security degree program, to include Cyber Security, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or similar focuses
- Previous experience working with cyber security projects or policies
- A team-player and self-starter approach
