Strategic Change Leadership Lead (CMG), Director

The Opportunity

The Strategic Change Leadership Lead, Director is a key member of the Strategy & Activation team, working across Commercial, Medical, and Government Affairs (CMG). This role drives the successful adoption of strategic initiatives and organizational capabilities by applying deep expertise in change leadership, organizational effectiveness, and team effectiveness.

As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will shape and execute change strategies that enable cross-functional alignment, innovation, and sustainable performance. You'll foster a culture of resilience, adaptability, and continuous improvement, ensuring that change becomes a lasting competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Execution

• Serve as a strategic advisor and thought leader, guiding transformational and incremental change within CMG functions.
• Balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution, leading teams through the design and delivery of change initiatives.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify change readiness, gaps, and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies to drive sustainable results.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South San Francisco, CA is $156,500 / yr to $290,700 / yr. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
