As the Director of Strategy and Growth for Workspace, you will lead high‑performing strategy teams focused on driving business growth for our collaboration suite. You will inspire a talented, collaborative group to identify opportunities, growth drivers, competitive landscape conditions, and recommendations that accelerate growth. You will partner closely with Workspace leaders, translate outlook into action, and ensure the efficient execution of key initiatives with the Business Operations team. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, facilitating cross‑functional alignment, and providing data‑driven insights to inform critical decisions.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $256,000–$360,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 15 years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or a related position
• 5 years of experience managing a strategy team
• 5 years of experience with application suites and the technology landscape
