RHIT Certified Coding Manager

A company is looking for a Regional Corporate IP Coding Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Perform coding quality reviews and manage coding quality performance

Schedule Coders, DNFC Specialists, Leads, and Coding Coordinators to meet productivity metrics

Mentor and train coding staff in collaboration with the Director of Coding

Required Qualifications

Associates Degree in Health Information Management or related field

Minimum of four years of inpatient coding experience

One year of coding leadership experience

RHIT and / or CCS credential

Thorough knowledge of ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding principles
