A company is looking for a Vice President, Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and scale a high-performing Sales Operations team focused on forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning
Develop and maintain frameworks for quota setting and territory design while collaborating with senior leadership on sales performance
Design and oversee sales compensation strategies and coordinate sales launch plans for new products
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of revenue operations experience in a multi-channel sales organization
5+ years managing multiple CRMs, including SalesForce, in a large organization
Experience in designing and managing business processes related to forecasting and quota setting
Experience in a SaaS, Fintech, or Technology organization is preferred
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a proven track record of driving growth and efficiency
