Position : Senior FP&A Manager

Location : Arlington, VA - Hybrid

Salary : Up to $180,000 (DOE)

Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Senior FP&A Manager Responsibilities :

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple departments
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with organizational objectives
• Prepare and present reports for executive leadership and board-level stakeholders
• Support long-range planning and scenario analysis initiatives
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting systems
