A company is looking for a Senior Director, Head of Agency Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of Sales Directors and Sales Managers through coaching and strategic mapping

Provide key client relationship management across health agencies

Consult with clients to align data and measurement solutions with their strategic needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum of 15 years' experience in digital marketing, including data-driven solutions

Proven experience managing clients in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams

Strong understanding of the health data and measurement landscape
