Hybrid Loan Closer- Private Lending

Position : Loan Closer (Private Lending)

Location : Hybrid - Raleigh, NC (Tues-Thurs in-office; Mon / Fri remote)

Schedule : 9 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM EST

Salary : $50,000-$60,000 (based on experience)

Benefits : PTO, Health, Dental, Vision

Overview :

Our client, a rapidly expanding private lender , is seeking an experienced Loan Closer to join their growing Operations team in Raleigh, NC. This hybrid position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth, timely, and compliant closings across a variety of loan products, including bridge, renovation, construction, and DSCR term loans .

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate closings with title companies, attorneys, and borrowers
• Review title commitments and resolve curative items prior to closing
• Prepare and finalize settlement statements in line with loan terms
• Ensure all closing conditions and approvals are met within deadlines
• Communicate proactively with title partners and internal teams
• Track scheduled closings to ensure readiness and compliance
