Recruiter Position
Robert Half is partnering with a respected financial services company specializing in mortgage lending that is seeking a talented and driven Recruiter to join their growing team. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely and includes performance-based bonus opportunities tied to recruiting metrics and hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across sales, operations, and corporate departments within the financial services and mortgage industry.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, create sourcing strategies, and guide them through the hiring process.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and social media.
- Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Track and report recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and candidate quality.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay informed about financial industry hiring trends and competitive market data to refine recruitment strategies.
Requirements Qualifications :
6+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within the financial services or mortgage industry.Proven success meeting or exceeding hiring goals and performance metrics.Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
