• Proactively source qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and provide a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.
• Stay current on mortgage industry hiring trends and competitive market data.
