Administrative Support For Member Services Department
This role provides administrative support to the Member Services Department, specifically assisting with CareConnect Medi-Cal correspondence. Key responsibilities include :
- Mail handling : Sorting, distributing, tracking incoming / outgoing member mail; coordinating mail merges and letter mailings.
- Administrative tasks : Printing, scanning, invoicing, scheduling meetings, and calendar coordination.
- Operational support : Assisting with daily department functions to ensure smooth operation.
- Reporting : Organizing and preparing reports to assess efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration : Supporting tasks assigned by the Cultural & Linguistic Services Manager, Associate Director, and Director of Member Services.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
