Customer Experience Support# Customer Experience Support### Customer Experience Support – Join a Global Leader in Gate Hardware Location : Huntington Beach, California USA Company : D&D Technologies P / L Reports to : Customer Experience Manager Employment Type : Full-time, In-office (Monday to Friday) Customer Experience Support team member to help deliver exceptional service across our North and South American operations.### About the RoleAs a key member of our Customer Experience team, you'll support both Customer Service and Technical Service functions. You'll be the go-to person for internal and external customers, helping with everything from order entry to warranty case management.### Key Responsibilities

• Answer and return customer calls and voicemails.
• Organize and inspect warranty returns; update CRM case files and participate in analysis.
• Track and ship spare parts and replacement key requests.
• Upload SWEETS & CAD details to CRM and generate internal reports.
• Enter customer orders into ERP (Epicor 10), including EDI and warranty orders.
• Manage overflow order entry to support the CX team.
• Handle Formstack requests for keys and literature.
• Collect, file, and scan shipping documents.
• Participate in CX team projects and provide regular updates.### What You'll Bring
• Minimum 2 years in a customer service role or a 4-year degree (business background a plus).
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Professional communication skills – verbal and written.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems and ERP (Epicor 10) preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.### Your Attributes
