CC&B QA Lead

Must Have Technical / Functional Skills We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead with 10+ years of experience to manage the QA team supporting the CC&B group. The ideal candidate will have experience in the utilities industry and technical experience in analyzing CC&B processes end to end, performing functional and performance testing, and collaborating with teams to optimize workflows and system performance.

CC&B, Salesforce, AWS, Jira, SQL, Testing and Validation Processes, Workflow Optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage offshore and onshore team
• Represent QA in all phases Test Management, Test planning, Project Estimation, Project Tracking, Team Management, Automation testing, Integration Testing, End to End Testing, Smoke and Regression testing.
• Manage functional and performance testing of CC&B and Salesforce applications and system integrations.
• Manage QA team conducting UAT, SIT, PT, and Regression Testing and ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Develop, execute, and document test cases for CC&B module ensuring thorough validation and defect tracking.
• Drive automation of validation and testing processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of testing outcomes, workflows, and issue resolutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align CC&B solutions with business requirements and objectives. Generic Managerial Skills, If any Good communication with internal and external stakeholders, project management, team management, problem solving, root cause analysis

Salary Range : $100,000 - $140,000 a Year
