6am-6pm and 6pm-6am

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians to maximize equipment uptime and ensure safe 24 / 7 operations.

Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance programs using ePAC.

Schedule daily and weekend maintenance activities, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.

Conduct regular inspections to maintain OSHA compliance and facility safety.

Partner with operations and quality teams to support production goals and regulatory requirements.

Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies to prevent downtime.

Lead problem-solving efforts to reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and extend equipment life.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support facility upgrades and expansions.

Perform hands-on equipment repairs and assist with PMs alongside your team.

Recruit, train, and evaluate maintenance staff to ensure strong performance and career growth.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 8+ years of equivalent experience (Associate’s + 6 years also considered).

Strong leadership experience in maintenance management, ideally within the food or manufacturing industry.

Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations, preventive / predictive maintenance, and safety programs.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ePAC or similar CMMS a plus.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Spanish fluency is a plus.
