I.T. Support Specialist

The IT Support Specialist is primarily responsible for providing innovate technology solutions to our employees.

The IT Support Specialist will become the technical “subject matter expert”, both from an end user perspective and a system functionality perspective.

From troubleshooting employee issues to configuring new equipment and assisting IT Manager with multiple and diverse projects, this position will encompass all areas of IT within the business.

Job Responsibilities We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who has excellent computer network skills, peripheral skills, pays attention to detail, and good communication skills.

Some of the responsibilities include :

• Support multiple platforms including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and phones.
• Install and configure systems on employee devices.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT related issues.
• Maintain proper access and security with proprietary software.
• Monitor helpdesk requests and respond timely to inquiries.
• Engage with IT partners on necessary technical issues.
• Interact with users to provide various types of IT support.
