Due to growth, GLOCK is currently searching for motivated, mechanically inclined Human Resources Assistant to fill their open positions in their Smyrna, GA location.

What will you be doing?

• Review, verify and prepare temporary agency invoices weekly.
• Coordinate and conduct random drug and alcohol screenings for GLOCK Personnel and temporary workers, as needed.
• On a daily or as needed basis, uses discretion and independent judgment in utilizing a company credit card to make.
• purchases for the department
• Participate in administrative staff meetings.
• Process & Maintain Temporary Worker Timecards.

What is required?

• High School Diploma, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with various levels of management.

• Contract-to-perm opportunity.
