Call Center Agent (In-Office, Day Shift B Schedule)

Location : Lenexa, KS

Pay : $17.30 ($1.50 for a base rate of $18.80)

Schedule : 5 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Thursday, Friday, Saturday; Alternate Wednesday

About the Role : We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Call Center Agent to support critical rail personnel transportation operations. This is a fast-paced, in-office position ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys solving problems, and wants to make a real impact in the transportation industry.

What You'll Do :

• Coordinate and ensure timely coverage of driver trips
• Monitor trip accuracy and provide support where needed
• Escalate issues to field operations or customers when appropriate
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our internal systems
• Communicate professionally with field management and other team members
• Take on additional tasks as assigned
