Help Youth & Families Overcome Substance Use Challenges
The Children's Center of Hamden is seeking a Clinical Therapist for our SSTRY (Substance Screening, Treatment, and Recovery for Youth) program. In this role, you will provide clinical services, coaching, and case management to youth and families affected by substance use, working directly in homes and community settings. You'll support treatment goals, connect families to essential services, and foster resilience and recovery.
