Key Responsibilities
Identify and convert strategic partnerships in the sales region
Develop a retirement plan sales pipeline and prospect for new clients
Manage plan sales and revenue targets while providing leadership and support to the team
Required Qualifications
5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in retirement or FinTech
Intimate knowledge of retirement plan advisors and their practices
Proven track record of managing sales regions and exceeding targets
Ability to carry a plan sale through the entire sales cycle
Experience in developing and cold calling prospect lists
