Customer Service Representative Automotive Recall Support

Location : On-site in Chino, CA

Job Type : Full-time | Temporary

Pay : $20.00 $20.50 / hour

We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting automotive recall services. In this role, you'll handle inbound calls, assist with scheduling appointments, and provide accurate information regarding recalls, warranties, and technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3040 inbound calls per shift in a fast-paced call center environment
• Schedule appointments for airbag recalls and provide dealership details
• Assist customers with warranty questions, radio code troubleshooting, and recall concerns
• Accurately document customer interactions and create cases
• Close cases or dispatch to appropriate departments for further support
• Collaborate with team members for feedback and continuous improvement
• Use multiple screens and software tools to assist customers efficiently
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction
