Professional At Home Jobs ( https : / / professionalathomejobs.com ) is now in search for an Accounts Payable Clerk to work virtually in the U.S. only.

JOB TYPE : Part-time; Estimation of 25 hours per week.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES :

• Review invoices, accurately code to g / l accounts and enter in system
• Reviews billing statement, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; alerts supervisory staff of any discrepancies.
• Reconciliation of supplier statements with records.
• Liaising with suppliers to obtain outstanding invoices and ensuring that they are authorized and paid in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS :

• MUST be a U.S. citizen.
• Minimum of High School diploma is required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2 or more years of experience is required in the absence of a completed 2 or 4-year post-secondary degree.
• Experience in an accounts payable / receivable or similar capacity is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, as well as the general use of a computer and calculator.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience of managing multiple tasks to deadlines and prioritizing own workload is also required.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS : Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAY : $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
