Job Title : Purchasing Professional - III Location : Richardson, TX (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage contract records, documents and asset records in contract management applications.
• Research contract and contracted telecommunications assets within an Engineering organization.
• Draft, revise and edit contractual documents.
• Accelerate the development of contracts, amendments, and SOWs.
• Monitor contract renewals and other key contract milestones.
• Resolve contract compliance issues.
• Identify issues and coordinate resolutions with transactions internal negotiation team.
• Understand business requirements, legal provisions, and Corporate Policies.
• Review and interpret Sourcing and Corporate Policy requirements.
• Take responsibility for consultation on and escalation of contractual terms and conditions to Senior Management, including provision of current and potential legal and business issues and / or risks.

Required Skills :

MS Office / Google application proficiency.

Procurement Contracting Analysis.

Desired Skills :

NSAP.

Telecommunication Assets and Services Procurement Knowledge.
