Job description

A company is looking for a Legal Secretary (Temporary, Project Based).

Key Responsibilities

Organize legal documents and create new matters using legal software

Research and compose responses to inquiries from various stakeholders

Schedule hearings and depositions, and maintain attorney files

Required Qualifications

2 years of legal secretarial experience or 1 year as a Legal Secretary Trainee

High school diploma required

Typing speed of 28 wpm with 95% accuracy

Proficient in PC, Word, and Excel

Ability to work in-office with occasional remote work opportunities
