The Department is seeking (1) dedicated and experienced Administrative Specialist .

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO :
The essential duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Specialist are the following :
Works with Business Manager to resolve HR matters, i.e. payroll, ADP time, iCollege access, etc. for PTs and GRA / GTAS.
Collects exams, reports and follows-up with faculty in a timely manner after completion of exams.
Works with Chair to develop a staggered semester class schedule that offers major and elective courses annually, coincides with the program of study course requirements, and does not conflict with students' ability to graduate on time.
Maintains historical data for enrollment and course offerings to assist with developing a variety of reports that assist management with making decisions on what courses are offered and when.
Works with Chair on special projects.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and two years administrative experience; or a high school diploma or GED and four years administrative experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
