The Debur Technician is responsible for removing burrs, rough edges, and other imperfections from metal, plastic, or composite parts.

You will work with various tools and equipment to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. This role requires precision, patience, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Remove burrs, rough edges, and other imperfections from parts using hand tools, power tools, or specialized equipment
• Inspect parts for quality and ensure they meet production specifications
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain and clean tools and equipment as required
• Work with the quality control team to identify and resolve any issues
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects as required
