Introduction
This position serves as a member of the City of Scottsdale’s Parks & Recreation team within the Community Services Division. This position will report to a Parks & Recreation Manager working to create and update our parks maintenance standards. This recruitment is for the selection of the Community Services Operations Supervisor – Parks Maintenance position that will supervise our Parks Foremen providing support and ensuring our standards are being met in our community and neighborhood parks.
Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate strong experience in turf management, sports field maintenance, project management and tree care. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, organized, self-motivated, and excelling in customer service.
