A company is looking for a HEDIS Coordinator to support healthcare accreditation activities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate HEDIS and NCQA accreditation activities, ensuring timely completion of quality initiatives and reporting requirements
Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to support compliance efforts and manage accreditation-related documentation
Conduct medical record reviews and data abstraction, while overseeing educational sessions for providers based on quality findings
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years of experience coordinating HEDIS processes and / or NCQA accreditation activities
At least three years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong understanding of HEDIS and NCQA accreditation processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to type 50 WPM with 90% accuracy
